Capex is owned and operated by Key Way Group Ltd., which is a holding company for the three subsidiaries - Key Way Investments Ltd, JME Financial Services (Pty) Ltd, and Key Way Markets Ltd. Clients are directed to the appropriate subsidiary based on their country of residence, with most sent to JME Financial Services (Pty) Ltd., regulated by the South African Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA).
Clients in the European Union are directed to the Key Way Investments Ltd. Subsidiary and enjoy regulation by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission, as well as several other smaller European regulators.
Clients in the United Arab Emirates are served by Key Way Markets Ltd., and have regulation provided by Abu Dhabi Global Market Financial Services Regulatory Authority.

This is the base level account, with the smallest minimum deposit of €100. Traders at this level get limited access to the education and research offered by Capex, and are only given one customer service session per week by phone. There is also some limited access to Tip Ranks and Trading Central at this tier.
The Essential account increases the minimum deposit to €1,000, but also gives some additional benefits such as 2 telephone contacts with the customer support team. Clients can also take advantage of a 1-on-1 trading session per month via Zoom. Clients at this tier also get limited access to webinars, and improved access to Tip Ranks and Trading Central.
The Classic account comes with a minimum deposit of €2,500. For that clients get an additional Zoom training session per month, additional webinars, and increased access to Tip Ranks.
This is the most popular account type, and it comes with a minimum deposit of €5,000. It also expands upon the Tip Ranks and Trading Central access, and allows for one training session via Zoom per week. SMS alerts are also unlocked at this tier, and up to 5 accounts can be linked to a primary account at this tier. Finally there is swap free trading for a limited number of instruments.
The Premium account increases the minimum deposit to €10,000, but also allows for greater access to customer support and the educational library at Capex. It also fully unlocks all the features of Tip Ranks and Trading Central. Perhaps best of all it also unlocks all the analysis tools in Trading View, such as multi-charts, overlay charts, and advanced drawing tools.
It’s the top tier account, and the minimum deposit is €25,000 however it unlocks all the available features at Capex, including premium support and priority access to tools, features, services, and products.
