The EURUSD spiked above the 1.1800 level for the first time since June on Monday upon Mario Draghi's hawkish comments. The ECB President supported the scenario that the Central Bank may soon be preparing to raise interest rates within the EU after the region's inflation positive data and the increase on interest rates as early as the second quarter next year. In contrast, the Italian budget, the Brexit and the Trade war act as barriers to the economy's recovery. Major support is found at the 1.1660 and resistance at the 1.1905 (55 weeks MA).
