Xtrade Wins “Best Customer Service Award” from Forex Industry Watchdog

Limassol, Cyprus – February 6th, 2017

Forex broker Xtrade has won a coveted award from industry watchdog AtoZ Forex: Best Forex Customer Service Award for 2017. AtoZ Forex provides objective information about Forex brokers, ranking them according to compliance, accuracy of trading quotes, withdrawal/deposit process, and other important criteria. Competition for the annual awards is fierce, with hundreds of brokers competing for a handful of awards.

“This award is a very big deal for us,” says Kyley Picov, Director of Communication at Xtrade. “Customer service is front and center at Xtrade, and now this has been recognized by the voters of a respected publication like AtoZ Forex.” Asked to comment about what makes customer service unique at Xtrade, Ms. Picov said, “It’s the personal, localized touch. We’ve made sure that when a trader needs help with his account, he receives it in the language he’s most comfortable speaking, be it English, Chinese, or German.”

Xtrade’s other industry awards include “Best Broker in the Middle East, 2016,” from Forex Report; “Best Mobile Trading Platform, 2015” from the China Forex Expo; and “Best Forex Broker, 2016” from the MENA Forex Expo. In 2016 alone, Paul Sirani, Xtrade’s Chief Markets Analyst, was quoted in dozens of prestigious newspapers, including Yahoo Finance, The Independent, and The Guardian.
