U.S. dollar lower to the Canadian

The U.S. dollar traded lower versus the Canadian, thus dropping to two-month lows, amid the latest release on retail sales, while the greenback became more sensitive ahead of the FED's decision making on policies.

U.S. dollar and Canadian to 1.3093

The USD/CAD currency pair reached the 1.3093 level, the weakest zone since October the 19th, dropping 0.14% from its previous 1.3112 area.

The U.S. retail sales climbed 0.1% for the month of November and failed to meet the expectations for a 0.3% rise.

Furthermore, the nation's core retail sales appreciated 0.2% and were lower compared to the analysts' predictions for an appreciation of 0.4%

Moreover, the U.S. producer price index surpassed the estimations for a rise of 0.1% and escalated 0.4% in November.
