ProbusFX hires Constantina Economidou as Head of Compliance

Enforcing the rapidly growing number of new Regulation Directives and Missives

ProbusFX announces the hire of Constantina Economidou as Head of Compliance. Constantina’s role is to make sure the company remains strictly regulated and constantly updated on the legal framework of operations.


Her duties include:

• Monitoring and assessment of adequacy and effectiveness of company measures and procedures.

• Liaising with all relevant departments within the Company, advising and assisting the relevant persons responsible for investment services to be in full compliance with the Law.

• Monitoring and assessing the compliance risk facing the Company when Investment and Ancillary services together with the scope of financial instruments traded and distributed are taken into account.

• Developing, designing and customizing the appropriate procedures of the Company to prevent and resolve potential conflicts of interest.

Ms. Economidou has entered the financial services industry in 2014 as a Compliance and Anti-Money Laundering Officer. She holds an LLB Law degree from the University of Sheffield and is also a member of the Bar Association of Cyprus. She is devoted in ensuring high compliance and ethical standards are being retained following all developments on the legal framework.
