Multi-awarded FX broker OctaFX is one of our best and nicest clients. They found us online in April 2014 after suspecting that the Spanish version of their website provided by an outsourcer didn't meet the expectations - to tell you the truth, it was outrageous. How many things can go bad in a FX translation? Many, but when you use the word "merchant" to refer to a "trader", or when you translate brand names just like that, there is something very very wrong...
We had to start from scratch, but we did it. And since that very moment, Wordwide FX Financial Translations became OctaFX's translations partners. Now we are in charge of their communications in Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, and Malay, and recently we have added Bengali, German, and Chinese. We have developed a great rapport with the OctaFX people, Joanna and Christina. They are wonderful people to work with, and we are very satisfied with this on-going cooperation. We're looking forward to meeting them in person one day.
