Russian Foreign Minister had informed the US Foreign Minister that the North Korean government is open to talks directly with the United States for guarantees no attack North Korea. Russia also is ready to be the mediator in the negotiations to resolve the nuclear conflict between these two countries.
The ease tension on Korean peninsula combined with the strong labor market in USA, greenback may hold steady today. While gold price may drop lower or move between 1240-1250 USD. Major Asian markets may open higher follow the better sentiment of world markets. SET is closed today. I also suggest to see the JOLTs Job Openings in USA at 22.00 p.m. because it may support dollar rise higher.
I think USD/JPY may move sideways in the morning as BSI Large Manufacturing Conditions in Japan forecasted good. Moreover, Bitcoin price may stop its bullish trend. This is the first weekend that Bitcoin price fell lower and today it may keep falling lower than 14000 USD. But it may rise back, if the price can get back to 15000 USD. While Ethereum may keep moving sideways in the corridor 410-470 USD.
