In examining, we realized that MarketsPulse has created a workplace culture comparable to the dynamic of a family. - Open Door Policy: creating a welcoming environment for everyone within the company.
- Weekend Toasts: bi-weekly the team will gather to enjoy refreshments on the last day of the week to celebrate accomplishments and any new employees, finishing with well wishes for the weekend.
- Company Events: twice a year the company organizes an event and a retreat to strengthen corporate community through team building activities.
