EMIR Revised Technical Standards and MiFIR transaction reporting requirements enter into force on November 1st 2017 and 3rd of January 2018 respectively, while Commission’s new EMIR proposal amending regulation (EU) 648/2012 is under study.
The upcoming reporting requirements impose significant challenges on Financial Institutions for achieving compliance, as transaction reporting requirements become even more complex and demanding in terms of resources.
MAP FinTech organises this breakfast event to present an overview of EMIR Revised Technical Standards, the new EMIR proposal and MiFID II/MiFIR reporting challenges.
