Japan's Prime Minister promised an economic stimulus scheme in an attempt to boost the nation's economy.
Japan's scheme with 13.5 trillion yen on fiscal measures
The scheme will include 13.5 trillion yen or $130 billion on measures, exclusively fiscal, both direct governmental loans and spending, according to people familiar with the matter.
The scheme’s approval is to take place next Tuesday by Abe's cabinet, including the spending by the regional and national governments of approximately 7.5 trillion yen, and 6 trillion yen from the Loan Programme and Fiscal Investment.
