Germany's August exports higher

Germany's exports performed their sharpest rise in August within the last six years, thus minimizing the doubts that the biggest economy in the euro region could resume toward a further slowdown.

Germany's exports rise 5.4%

As per the Federal Statistics Office today, the exports, on a seasonal basis, climbed 5.4%, and the imports escalated 3.0%.

The nation's exports seem to be a crucial parameter for contributing to the third quarter's expansion.

Furthermore, the majority of the economists and the analysts expect that the risks will remain high and that the world trade, in general, is still weak.

Germany's government predicted this year's growth to rise from 1.7% to 1.8%, the strongest expansion rate for the last five years.

Moreover, according to VP Bank's analyst, Thomas Gitzel, the nation's economy looks promising on growth during the second half of this year.
