The nation's improvement, according to Morgan Stanley's statement, is a superb sign of growth.

According to the statistics office INSEE, the confidence index of the industrial sector climbed from 101, in August, to 103.

Moreover, the service sector's sentiment bettered also for the month of September, amid the index appreciating to its highest zone, since 2011, at 102.
