The forecast for global GDP growth has been improved
The World Bank published a report according to which the growth forecast for the world GDP was deteriorated to 2.9%. The main reason for the decline was the worsening of growth prospects on emerging markets, according to the report the growth will be 4.8%, which is 0.6% less than the previous estimate. The forecast for US GDP growth in 2016 was lowered by 0.2% to 2.7%. This factor worsens the prospects for growth at US equity markets, and we expect decline of indices in the near future by 5-7%.
