Optimism is growing in Europe

Statistics from Germany improved investor sentiment on the euro. Thus in December, the index of business sentiment of the country rose to 16.1, against 10.4 earlier and forecast of 15.2. The comparable figure in the euro zone rose to 33.9 against the forecast of 34.4 and 28.3 before. These figures point to an improvement of the situation in the Eurozone, but the loose monetary policy in the euro area and its tightening in the US compensate this fact and in the medium term, we expect the achievement of parity between the euro and the US dollar due to the divergence of monetary policy.
