FXFINPRO CAPITAL

The New Zealand dollar will continue to fall, according to our forecasts
The price of the New Zealand dollar continues to decline after the recent correction to the important level of 0.6600. The reason for the drop is the growth of the US dollar on expectations of the Federal Reserve raising interest rates in December, lower commodity prices and weak inflation, which increases the likelihood of lower interest rates of the Reserve Bank of New Zealand at the end of this year and into next year. Rising volatility is forecasted late Wednesday after the release of statistics on the trade balance in New Zealand. In this regard, we expect a continuation of the negative dynamics of prices of the New Zealand dollar, and recommend holding short positions with the targets at 0.6250 and 0.6000.
