Ensuring Better Platform & Server Stability

In the last few months we have made internal improvements to better our platform & our servers' stability. We have implemented new notification fields to further increase stability and provide more ease as your operation experiences growth.

Hagar Cohen, Product Manager at MarketsPulse says, "We are continuously monitoring, evaluating, and taking the necessary steps to make sure your site will always be available, run smoothly and behave as it should".

More specifically, the following are just some of the areas we continuously monitor and make notification upgrades:

Server Upgrade: Through evaluating each of our clients' servers based on specified web traffic monitoring criteria, we adjust server configurations according to data collected (e.g. growth rates).

Trading Experience: Adding more monitoring parameters and notifications to the platform and servers, we are able to provide our clients recommendations to improve the traders' experience. For example, checking rejection rates to offer valuable insight.

Secure Site: Continuous implementation of new parameters for notifications and monitoring of the platform's security are made regularly. Attacks on a website is an example of what we monitor. Attacks can range from minor malfunctions to trader abuse, but with our 24/7 monitoring team of experts and our automated system, we multiply the surveillance.
