China's economy expands in Q3 at 6.7%

China's economy expanded in Q3 at the rate of 6.7%, amid the rise in debt, the record bank lending, and the latest appreciation of the property market.

China's economy gains momentum

Today's data release indicated that the economy is somehow regaining momentum, despite that government spending supported the Chinese nation, while the exports and private investment resume weak.

This year some analysts stated that Beijing should minimize stimulus, thus meeting its growth rate target of 6.5%-7%.

Furthermore, the investment in real estate for September appreciated, being supported by the persistent increase in the investors' demand.

The growth in property investment climbed to 7.8% while sales rose 34%. Through January - September, the fixed-asset investment climbed 8.2%, while Fiscal spending escalated 12.5%.

Moreover, the growth in private investment reach 4.5% for the month of September, and the retail sales climbed 10.7%.
