The confidence index of the entrepreneurs' rose in the third quarter to 51.2% and was higher than the second quarter's rate by 2.2% percentage points.

The nation's retail sales and factory output appreciated at a faster pace in August, as the infrastructure spending and strong housing sector supported growth.

Furthermore, the bankers' confidence index was 2.8% higher than the period of April to June, thus climbing to 46.5% in the third quarter.

The central bank has minimized the cash which the banks should set aside in the form of reserve, as well as having ''sliced'' the interest rates six times since 2014.

Moreover, as per a survey, the residents who are willing to purchase property in the next three months escalated to 16.3%, being 1.3% higher compared to the previous quarter.
