Volatility continues to remain a multiyear lows as markets continue to push slowly higher, however weakness across the financials in Europe has caused the DAX index to fall over 300 points in a week and will be the key sector to watch going forward. Gold continues to strengthen whilst Brent Crude continues to fall from those elevated levels over the last few weeks.
How did the Aussie market perform today?
S&P/ASX200 gained 24.6 points or +0.45% on volume of $2.3 billion, closing at 5511.4.
