Nick Bang

Nick Bang is a Geneva based Entrepreneur specializing in financial markets and complex algorithmic trading.

Leaving Université de Genève, he turns to the world of financial brokerage and trading before co-founding ACM (Advanced Currency Markets) in 2002. As ACM co-founder, Nick Bang is responsible for the global management and operation of the company in addition to overseeing the implementation of strategic business initiatives.

After 10 years of operations, 25 thousand clients and millions of trades, Nick Bang and his partners successfully exit ACM through a sale to Swiss Quote Bank [SQN], the leading Swiss banking group in online financial and trading operations.

In 2016, Nick Bang founded ATHL Research & Technology SA in Geneva Switzerland, where he specialises in optimised liquidity management, low latency hardware, transaction cost analysis, smart order routing and creation of algorithmic logic. AHTL provides advanced services to fund managers and proprietary traders who focus on quantitative trading.

Nick Bang is regularly quoted in the international press as an established expert in his field and attends high-level conferences, often sharing insights as speaker.
