Phil Harris

Phil brings 25 years of experience in the global financial industry to NASDAQ OMX, where he serves as head of FX initiatives. He most recently held the CEO position for the Americas division of 360 Trading Networks, as well as a member of Group Executive Board, before the company sold a majority stake to a growth private equity firm. Prior to 360T, he served as Senior Vice President for FXMarketSpace, a CME/Reuters joint venture where he played a leadership role in building its structure and sales teams. His other experience in the global financial industry includes positions as Director of FX products for CME Group, Senior Sales Manager for Lava Trading, Founding Partner for Plimsoll Capital LLC, an investment and FX trading firm and Senior Vice President of Business Development and Sales for GFI Group.
