MD Charalambos Michaelides

Charalambos is a Partner and Director of ARGUSFX Stockbrokers Ltd which is the licensed and CySEC regulated Investment firm of the ARGUSFX group. He is a holder of a BSc degree from the Hellenic Military Academy of Athens, Greece, a Masters degree in Investment Management from Cass Business School, London UK, and licensed by the Ministry of Finance as a Qualified Portfolio Manager.

Mr. Michaelides had various key positions in the National Guard of the republic before joining in 2002 Egnatia Financial services, a Greek Bank subsidiary in Cyprus, as the head of the company’s dealing room and later as the head of the newly created derivatives desk.

Charalambos is mainly involved in the Asset Management department which manages Assets worth over 100 mln Euro. Due to the long trading experience in complicated derivative products, he is a member of the team responsible for the in house building and development of algorithmic strategies trading a number of underlyings in worldwide exchanges, including Forex, Commodities, and equities. He is also actively involved in both, the execution side of investment strategies and the promotional / business development of the Group.

Charalambos possesses, through his managerial positions and entrepreneurial activity, significant business knowledge and specialized competencies and skills within the Financial Investment sector.
