Marco Murgida

Marco Murgida started his banking career as a Dollar Swiss trader first with UBS in Zurich, Lugano, New York and London where he was heading the Swiss Franc Trading and Risk-Taking for UBS, after merger, he moved to UBS Warburg where he was in charge of selling Forex products to institutional investors. He subsequently took part in the growth of Synthesis Bank as managing director in charge of investment banking. He notably launched the Synthesis Global Currency Fund of Funds and went on to take over responsibility for the FX Trading and Advisory section with a staff of 25. He next joined BNP Paribas Investment Bank as executive director responsible for FX Trading and Sales for both private and institutional investors, before being called to Credit Suisse to manage financial products and services, and taking charge of Global Products for Wealth Management Switzerland and EMEA heading teams between Geneva and Zurich. Marco holds a MA of the Swiss Finance Institute and is a Certified Behavioral Finance Specialist form the University of Zurich. He has now brought his experience and enthusiasm to the new JFX.com venture.

Marco has now left JFX, for a private venture.
