As the CEO of a world’s leading fintech provider, Cristian is responsible for overseeing a team of skilled professionals, welcoming new clients and advising on how to optimise their trading environments and supporting relationships with existing clients. In spite of his fully-packed day to day schedule, Cristian still find the time to advise on new product developments as he firmly believes that there is always room for improvement, while he is also known for taking the time to build a personal relationship with each and every one of his team members.
