Eternal battle

Larson&Holz

Qualcomm and Apple still can’t come to an agreement. Despite the fact that the litigation between the two companies have started back in 2017, Qualcomm demands for both restraining order for iPhone 7, iPhone 8 and iPhone X sales _and_ a compensation for damage. Apple, on the other hand, does not surrender in front of this attach and demands that ITC nullified Qualcomm patents that are involved in the trial. They argue that if Qualcomm wins, it becomes a monopolist on the American market of mobile modems and squeezes Intel away from the market.

Still, consumers take Apple size, they insist the court to forbid Qualcomm to put any restrictions on Apple imported products where Intel is used.

Bearing in mind the consumers’ interests, the unfinished trials and an obvious advantage in the company’s evidence base, Larson&Holz analysts recommend purchase Apple shares aiming at 196,30.
