Provided to all brokers using an MP solution, platforms have a built-in automated monitoring system that enables our team to oversee various systems' stability. The system monitors: according to stringent KPIs, and real-time trade data at all trading times for market surveillance and performance purposes. Risk analysis is conducted to ensure the system is automatically responding to changes in the market. In addition to monitoring, the team is the first line of support for any system-related issue and are reachable at all times. Essentially, our monitoring and support team is staffed 24/7.

In order to effectively share information our new structure provides a robust knowledgebase to further expand the wealth of information from several departments of expertise. Since the implementation, our monitoring team has been given the ability to answer more challenging technical questions, ultimately improving their response time.
