The Dow hit our support target at 28750 only to end yesterday’s session in the red as investor optimism over reaching a pre-election stimulus relief package dwindled as the deadline approached, while a spokesman for House Speaker Pelosi said that the two parties are edging closer to ironing remaining policy differences with Pelosi commenting late night “We’re going to try to get something done” as talks resume today. Technically, an hourly close below 28190, will favor further downside with 28000 as the next support target.
