Kobi Gur

Leverate CEO Kobi Gur is charged with forming company strategy, and is crafting the vision that will drive us forward. In this position he steers operations by maintaining a strong connection with each of Leverate’s departments around the world, and he is currently charting a course for the company built upon keeping everyone focused on the same direction. As CEO, Kobi also works closely with clients, potential clients, and partners to determine how their needs can best be served by Leverate’s status as an industry thought leader.

Kobi has extensive executive level experience, gained from decades spent working for major companies in the gaming and high tech industries. Prior to joining Leverate, he spent several years with gaming leader Playtech, beginning as Head of Projects, where he designed the company’s onboarding process for Tier I clients. He eventually working himself up to VP of Projects, with a focus on Operations processes related to new clients, as well as coordinating with regulatory and governmental authorities. From there, Kobi was promoted to VP Product Delivery, with responsibility over the company road map and vision, and finally to Playtech COO which added oversight of Customer Relations, Sales, and Marketing to his previous operational duties.

Before his stint at Playtech, Kobi spent over 10 years at Amdocs, one of the largest suppliers of products and services to the telecommunication companies worldwide. He had several roles with the company, including serving as Divisional Quality Director, where he managed R&D and QA. His last position was as Customer Delivery Director, with overall responsibility for delivery management for Tier I and Tier II customers throughout North America, Europe, and Africa, including P/L, releases, and development.

Kobi is married, and has three children. He loves traveling, and relishes the opportunity to meet new people and learn about new cultures.
