Harpal Sandhu founded Integral in 1993 to transform wholesale capital markets through the use of advanced technology. In the late 1990s, Harpal led Integral in the development of a global data grid to electronically connect the world's major financial institutions into the first integrated trading network for foreign exchange and interest-rate derivative products. That effort, now known as FX Grid® is the basis of Integral's highly successful product line.
