As Head of PSPs, Anna will lead the broker's global payment partnerships, overseeing relationships with banks, Electronic Money Institutions (EMIs), and Payment Service Providers (PSPs). She will be responsible for driving payment integration projects, strengthening strategic alliances, negotiating commercial agreements, and enhancing the efficiency and scalability of XS.com's global payment infrastructure.
Prior to joining XS.com, Anna spent several years at IC Markets, where she played a key role in managing the Group’s global payment infrastructure, banking relationships, and strategic partnerships. During her tenure, she led the onboarding of banks, Electronic Money Institutions (EMIs), and Payment Service Providers (PSPs), negotiated commercial agreements, supported multi-jurisdictional payment operations, and collaborated with internal technology, compliance, legal, and finance teams to deliver scalable payment solutions across international markets.
Throughout her professional journey, Anna has developed deep expertise in payment infrastructure and strategic financial partnerships. She has successfully led payment integration projects, managed relationships with banks, Electronic Money Institutions (EMIs), and Payment Service Providers (PSPs), and collaborated with product and technology teams to deliver secure, scalable, and efficient payment solutions across multiple markets.
Earlier in her career, Anna gained valuable experience in merchant onboarding, payment compliance, and risk assessment through positions at Blossem Services Ltd and Real Deposits.
Working closely with merchants and payment partners, she managed onboarding procedures, conducted due diligence and compliance reviews, and supported underwriting and operational processes, building a comprehensive understanding of the payment services landscape.
