DOW weaker as US stimulus package probably postponed after elections – DOW JONES Market Outlook – 15/10/2020

The Dow ended yesterday’s session in the red, hitting our short entry support target at 28500, on the back of dampening hopes that a fresh round of stimulus will be passed before the elections with Treasury Secretary Mnuchin saying it would be “difficult” while talks continue. Failure to print above 28500 resistance level will confirm strong bearish momentum as investors look ahead to company earnings and Initial Jobless Claims data.

Support: 28300 / 28000
Resistance: 28500 /28750
