Simon Cox

Simon took over as the CEO of Ariel Communications in 2013, having worked at Ariel for six years as COO with responsibility for the management of day-to-day business operations. As CEO, he is evolving the organisation through collaborations with best of breed players in the industry to bring innovative products and services to the market. He is also building on the company’s strong heritage as one of the industry’s most established developers of trading platforms. Simon has a broad range of experience, having previously worked as a developer and IT support expert before moving into technical project management and then into strategic planning and executive management. He is passionate about developing IT that has a real commercial impact through increased productivity and revenue generation. His focus over the past 12 years has been bringing technology products and services to market. Simon has an MBA from the University of Leicester. Ariel Communications has been a leader in spread betting and foreign exchange software systems since 1995.
