27 out of the 30 blue chip stocks closed in the green yesterday with the Dow hitting our long entry resistance targets (more than 200 points higher) as House Speaker Pelosi and Treasury Secretary Mnuchin resume talks today after Democrats released a scaled back $2.2 Trillion Coronavirus relief package. Investors look ahead towards CB Consumer Confidence data and the presidential debate kick-off, with an hourly close below 27700 to open the door to further downside.
