Global equities tanked on fresh lockdown worries across Europe and possible delays in U.S. fiscal stimulus, as the Dow hit our short entry support targets at 27550 and 27400 with all eye’s on Fed Chair Powell and U.S. Treasury Secretary Mnuchin as they testify in front of lawmakers today. Techniclas continue to favor further downside with 27000 and 26785 as the closest support targets.
