Two policy meetings from RBA and RBNZ will impact the market, while in the Euro area, the economic growth forecasts that will be released by the European Commission will be closely eyed. Various speeches from central bank’s chiefs will take place as well.
Monday is a Markit PMI day. The services sector in the Euro area is expected to keep the same pace of growth at 54.9 in October. The sentix investor confidence for November and the PPI for September are also coming out. The Eurogroup meeting will take place during the day. In the afternoon, the FOMC member Janet Yellen has a press conference that will be eyed. Later in the day, the Reserve Bank of Australia will announce its interest rate decision. No changes are expected on the current 1.5% cash rate.
Tomorrow, in the U.K. Halifax house prices for October will be released and in the U.K. Eurozone’s retail sales for September are expected to show an increase of 3.1% from 1.2% before, year-over-year. Moreover, traders will eye the U.K. NIESR GDP estimate for the three months to October.
