This distinction between operating entities is important. Prospective clients should confirm which legal entity provides their services and which regulatory framework applies to their account.

Elev8 Regulatory Status

Elev8's regulatory structure is not based on a single global licence. Instead, services are provided through different entities and regulatory jurisdictions.

Elev8 does not offer services in all jurisdictions, and availability depends on the applicable legal entity. Traders should check whether the broker accepts clients from their country before opening an account. See the restricted countries section below for the jurisdictions currently listed by Elev8.

This means availability should be assessed on an entity-by-entity and jurisdiction-by-jurisdiction basis.

The applicable regulatory protections, leverage restrictions, product availability and contractual terms can therefore differ depending on the entity onboarding the client.

Elev8 Review: Is Elev8 Legit?

Elev8 operates through identified legal entities holding regulatory licences in Mauritius and the Comoros Union.

The company publishes legal documentation covering:

Regulatory information
Client agreements
Risk disclosures
Trading conditions
Restricted jurisdictions
Privacy
Payment arrangements
Complaints and other legal matters

The existence of a regulatory licence does not eliminate trading risk or guarantee profitability.

Prospective clients should independently review:

The contracting entity
Regulatory licence
Jurisdiction
Client agreement
Trading conditions
Margin requirements
Product availability
Fees
Withdrawal terms
Applicable investor protections

Elev8 Review: Is Elev8 Safe?

Elev8 states that it operates under regulatory frameworks applicable to its different legal entities.

Its official materials also refer to negative balance protection, while the Elev8Trader platform includes risk-management tools such as break-even and trailing-stop features.

Elev8's Risk Disclosure states that its services involve complex derivatives traded over the counter and that leveraged trading carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors.

Trading leveraged derivatives carries a significant risk of loss.

What Can You Trade With Elev8?

The company's current website lists more than 280trading instruments across:

Elev8 Metals

Elev8 provides access to precious metals, including gold (XAUUSD) and silver (XAGUSD). The broker publishes instrument-specific spreads, contract sizes and trading hours for its metals offering.

Elev8 Indices

Elev8 offers trading on major global stock indices, including NAS100, SPX500, US30, GER40, UK100 and JPN225. According to Elev8, leverage of up to 1:400 is available on indices, subject to the applicable account and trading conditions.

Elev8 Stocks

Elev8 offers stock trading across several international markets, including the United States, Hong Kong, Australia, Japan and a number of European markets. Availability and trading hours vary by market and instrument.

Elev8 Commodities

Elev8 provides access to commodity markets including Brent crude oil, WTI crude oil and natural gas. Trading hours vary by instrument.

Elev8 Futures

Elev8 provides access to futures-related instruments as part of its broader market offering. Availability may vary depending on the instrument, account and applicable trading conditions.

Elev8 Crypto Trading

Elev8 provides access to cryptocurrency instruments, with individual crypto markets carrying their own spreads, contract sizes and trading conditions. Elev8 also publishes extended crypto trading hours that include weekend availability.

Elev8 Trading Platforms and Technology

Technology is one of the most important components of the Elev8 proposition.

The broker combines two established third-party trading platforms with its proprietary Elev8Trader environment.

Elev8 Platform Comparison

Platform	Availability	Type
Elev8Trader	Yes	Elev8's trading platform
MetaTrader 4	Yes	Third-party trading platform
MetaTrader 5	Yes	Third-party trading platform
Mobile Access	Yes	Elev8 mobile application

Elev8Trader

Elev8Trader is the broker's proprietary trading hub.

According to Elev8, the platform provides access to markets, accounts and services while integrating analysis, trading and other features.

The platform is designed to reduce the need to switch between separate applications for:

Market analysis
Trading
Charts
News
Trading ideas
Educational resources
Account management

The company also promotes real-time synchronisation between desktop and mobile environments.

MetaTrader 4

Elev8 supports MetaTrader 4 as part of its platform offering.

MT4 remains widely used across the Forex and CFD industry and supports conventional charting, automated trading and technical-analysis workflows.

MetaTrader 5

MetaTrader 5 is also available through Elev8.

MT5 provides a broader multi-asset architecture than MT4 and is widely used by brokers and professional traders.

Elev8's support for both MT4 and MT5 gives clients an alternative to the proprietary Elev8Trader environment.

Elev8 Mobile Trading

Elev8 provides mobile access through its trading application.

The mobile platform allows users to manage portfolios, place orders and monitor trading activity. The company's current application materials also highlight access to market news, insights, an economic calendar and analytical tools.

Elev8 Web Trading App Features and Instruments — Elev8 web app with 260+ instruments, AI-powered pattern search, and market insights

Elev8 AI Tools

AI is one of the more prominent technology components of the Elev8 trading solutions.

The broker promotes AI-powered functionality designed to assist with market analysis and trade review.

Current features include:

AI pattern search
AI-powered feedback on previous trades
Profit calculator
Economic calendar
Trading-hours information
Market analysis
Trading ideas
Expert insights

The AI features are integrated into the Elev8Trader platform rather than being offered as a separate standalone technology product.

Elev8 Space

Space is another component of the Elev8 product offering.

Elev8 describes Space as a toolkit designed to help traders validate decisions and develop market expertise.

The company states that the environment combines:

Daily trading insights
Expert analysis
Educational resources
Networking
Market information

Elev8 also states that more than 130 trading ideas are posted daily.

Elev8 Execution

Elev8 advertises fast order execution as part of its trading conditions.

However, public marketing materials do not provide enough independently verifiable information to assess execution latency, fill ratios or slippage under live market conditions.

Execution quality can depend on:

Instrument
Market volatility
Liquidity
Order size
Trading platform
Market conditions
Applicable entity

This review therefore does not independently rate Elev8's execution performance.

Elev8 Fees and Trading Costs

Elev8 advertises a no-trading-commission model and states that it does not charge trading commissions. Its current website also promotes no fees on deposits, withdrawals and currency exchange, subject to the applicable terms and payment provider arrangements.

Elev8 offers floating spreads that vary depending on market conditions, liquidity, and volatility. The broker publishes minimum, average and current spreads for its trading instruments, allowing traders to compare costs before opening a position.

Elev8 Cost Considerations

Cost Factor	Elev8
Minimum Deposit	$25
Trading Commission	Advertised as zero
Spreads	Variable
Deposit Fees	Advertised as zero
Withdrawal Fees	Advertised as zero
Currency Exchange Fees	Advertised as zero
Financing / Swap	Advertised as swap-free across all accounts; check applicable terms

Elev8 promotes low spreads, but Finance Magnates did not independently benchmark its spreads against other brokers.

Clients should review the current trading conditions before opening an account because fees, spreads and promotional conditions can change.

Does Elev8 Offer Leverage?

Yes. Elev8 offers leveraged trading.

Publicly available platform information indicates leverage of up to 1:1000, although the applicable maximum depends on the entity, account and jurisdiction.

High leverage can materially increase both potential gains and losses.

Prospective clients should therefore review:

Maximum leverage
Margin requirements
Stop-out levels
Negative balance protection
Instrument-specific requirements
Applicable entity

Elev8 Account Types

Elev8 provides different account structures and trading conditions depending on the client relationship.

The broker's current account information promotes features including:

Low spreads
No commissions
No swaps on applicable conditions
Negative balance protection
Fast execution

The exact account specifications should be confirmed through the current Elev8 account documentation because availability can vary by jurisdiction.

Elev8 Minimum Deposit

The company's current website lists a $25 minimum deposit.

This is a relatively low entry requirement, although the practical capital required for trading depends on leverage, position size, margin requirements and the instruments traded.

Elev8 for Retail Traders

Unlike institutional liquidity providers, Elev8 is designed primarily around direct access for traders.

The Elev8 trading solution includes:

Trading
Market analysis
Education
AI tools
Trading ideas
Account management
Customer support

This makes the business model different from a pure B2B brokerage technology or liquidity provider.

The company's stated approach is designed to keep multiple trading functions within a single environment.

Elev8 Demo Account:

Elev8 provides a free demo account that allows traders to practise using virtual funds without making a deposit or risking real money.

The demo account includes:

No deposit required
Virtual funds
No fixed time limit
Real-time market data
Technical indicators
Multiple order types
Graphic objects
Expert Advisors for automated trading
Access to assets available on the selected trading platform

According to Elev8, demo trading is available across its supported trading platforms and is designed to provide functionality similar to a live trading account.

Elev8 Deposits and Withdrawals

Elev8 states that withdrawal requests are usually processed within 1–3 hours, with an email notification sent once the request has been processed. The broker also advertises an average withdrawal time of 35 minutes on its website.

According to Elev8, traders can request a withdrawal while they have open orders or positions, provided their free margin exceeds the withdrawal amount. Account verification may also be required before a withdrawal can be completed.

Elev8 states that local bank withdrawals can take up to 24 hours to reach the client's bank. If funds have not arrived more than 24 hours after a withdrawal has been processed, the company advises contacting customer support.

Elev8 advertises no commissions on deposits, withdrawals or currency exchange. Finance Magnates has not independently tested Elev8's withdrawal processing times.

Elev8 Education and Research

Education and research are integrated into Elev8's features.

Elev8 states that the company's Space environment includes educational resources and market insights, while its trading platform provides access to daily trading ideas and expert analysis.

The Elev8 mobile application also advertises more than 300 hours of educational material, alongside market updates, webinars and an economic calendar.

This makes educational and analytical content a more substantial part of Elev8's proposition than would normally be the case for a pure execution provider.

Elev8 Customer Support

Elev8 advertises 24/7 customer support through all three trading platforms.

The broker states that support is available across multiple languages.

However, this review did not independently test:

Response times
Support quality
Escalation procedures
Complaint-resolution times
Availability across individual jurisdictions

As a result, no independent performance assessment is assigned to Elev8 customer support.

Elev8 Risk Management and Compliance

Risk management is an important component of leveraged CFD trading.

Elev8's public materials refer to features including negative balance protection. The company's legal framework also includes risk disclosures and client documentation.

The company states that KYC verification is integrated into its onboarding process and is used to verify client identity and comply with regulatory requirements.

Prospective clients should review the applicable risk disclosure and client agreement before trading.

Elev8 Restricted Countries

Elev8 does not provide services universally.

Its legal documentation lists numerous restricted jurisdictions, including:

European Union
United Kingdom
United States
Canada
Australia
Japan
United Arab Emirates
India
Israel
New Zealand
Pakistan
Philippines
Several other jurisdictions

This is particularly important for prospective clients because the availability of Elev8 services depends on the applicable jurisdiction and legal entity.

Elev8 Review: Final Verdict

Elev8 is a multi-asset Forex and CFD broker built around the Elev8Trader platform and other tools within the broker's product environment.

Its offering combines proprietary trading technology, MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5, multi-asset market access, AI-powered analytical tools, educational content and market insights.

The proprietary Elev8Trader platform is a central part of the broker's offering, bringing together trading, analysis, education, market information and account management within one environment. Elev8 also integrates features such as AI pattern search, trade-analysis tools and daily trading ideas into its broader set of trading solutions.

The company's regulatory structure requires closer attention because services are provided through separate legal entities. Elev8 advertises more than 260 instruments, a $25 minimum deposit, zero trading commissions and 24/7 customer support.

Overall, Elev8 is best understood as a technology-focused multi-asset retail broker offering a combination of proprietary and third-party trading platforms, analytical tools and educational resources.
