Sterling drops after terrorist attack
The British currency, the sterling, fell after the terrorist attack in the U.K where at least 22 people died.

The sterling traded, at 3:00 ET, to $1.2974 declining 0.16%, while the Japanese yen rose as a safe-haven currency.
The attack led to 60 injuries following the end of a concert in Manchester late Monday
The USD/JPY traded to 111.02 declining 0.25%, with the U.S. dollar index reaching the 96.90 zone rising 0.02%. After Angela Merkel's statement that the euro region's currency was extremely weak, the euro traded above the 1.1200 area.
Britain's deficit widens further
Britain's budget deficit expanded more than the economists' estimations. April's deficit was at 10.4 billion in comparison with last year same month. The British nation has been aiming, for a long time now, to fix its finances following the worldwide economic crisis.
