Mexico's central bank will be focusing on the inflationary pressures which currently have an impact on the nation's currency, the peso, as well as deciding on its monetary policy, Manuel Sanchez, deputy governor stated.

Mexico's currency weakens

Inflation was dominated by the upside risks and the inflationary pressures which forced the peso to weaken, Sanchez highlighted in a speech.

In August, the nation's yearly inflation reached to 2.73% which was the highest zone since the month of February.

Moreover, Manuel Sanchez said that Mexico should resume forward and focus on its monetary policy decisions, an important area at the current stated of economic affairs.
