Gold weakens for the fourth week

The precious metal, gold, reached its weakest zones within a 4-week period during the European trading session, amid the investors waiting for the FED's speakers on future monetary policies.

Gold futures on the Comex division traded at $1,235.74 a troy ounce dropping 0.2% or $2.70. Gold prices, last week, declined 1.2% or $13.20, and silver futures to $16.60 a troy ounce falling 5.7 cents or 0.3%.
