Focus on economic growth in Asia, Europe and America by manufacturing PMI: China (Caixin manufacturing PMI at 08.45 a.m.), German manufacturing PMI at 15.55 p.m., USA (ISM manufacturing PMI at 22.00 p.m.) All the manufacturing PMI in November of these countries is almost the same in October. I think if this index has just reach expectation, it may show that economy is slowing down.
In contrast, I think early morning today Shanghai stock market may edge higher because Caixin manufacturing PMI maybe better than 50.9 following yesterday data. SET may move between 1690-1720 points and CPI at 11.00 a.m. may give positive for SET to stand in green zone. While European stock market may move sideways waiting for manufacturing PMI in Germany at 15.55 p.m. and in EU at 16.00 p.m. which predicted the same as October. I think today EU stock market and euro may slightly go down.
After the third quarter GDP in the United States is better, dollar and Wall Street seems strong. Today ISM manufacturing PMI in November may give positive for dollar even it predicted lower than October. In my opinion, U.S. manufacturing PMI may edger higher than forecast because economic growth in USA seems strong now. If EUR/USD can edge lower 1.1820 points, euro may change to bearish trend.
I also suggest focusing on third quarter GDP in Canada at 20.30 p.m. today. It may help Toronto stock market to edge higher and USD/CAD may change trend, if it can break 1.2700 points. But if GDP in Canada is lower than expected, it may give negative to both: Canadian stock market and currency.
Indonesia will ban Bitcoin and all forms of cryptocurrency sometime in 2018 after Bitcoin price rose above 10,000USD because cryptocurrencies could potentially be used for money laundering and even funding terrorism. I also suggest investors to trade bitcoin carefully because now only strong buy, the price can lose lowly from big sell or other legal issue. Ethereum maybe more reasonable to trade and it may raise back, if today the price can close above 450USD and next step closing above 470 USD (1 day Timeframe).
