U.S.'s home sales escalate

U.S.'s home sales, for the month of September, following their two consecutive months of declination, escalated, while being the first time for the buyers stepping into the market, as well as the economy having gained considerable momentum.

U.S.'s unemployment benefit claims rise

Amid the unemployment benefit claims in the U.S. increasing the most, the labor market, which provides support to the housing market, resumes strong.

As per the latest data release, the reports confirm that the housing and the job markets move to the right direction. Such markets will likely support growth in 2017, the senior economist, Ryan Sweet stated.

Moreover, the existing home sales reached the 5.47 million units, rising 3.2%, thus surpassing the estimations for appreciation to 5.35 million, according to the National Association of Realtors.
